We want our products to be enjoyed by your and your best friend. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Exchanges and Returns Made Easy
To return merchandise for credit or exchange, simply ship the items prepaid to: Dog Dish Returns, 6502 E 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74145. Please complete and enclose the packing slip provided in the original shipment.

Return Policy
The Dog hopes that you are always satisfied with your purchase. In the event that a return or exchange of merchadise must be made, the following conditions apply:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase
Merchandise reutrned without a receipt may be either exchanged for other merchandise or returned for store credit.
Accessories and clothing must be unused with the original tags attached
Beds may be returned within 2 days of purchase/arrival and must be unused with tags attached.
Because of the nature of custom or special orders (personalized, special sizing, etc.) we are not able to take returns on these items.
Seasonal and sale merchandise sales are final

Product Availability
We work hard to keep all our products in stock. In the rare occasion that an item you're ordering is out of stock, we will email you immediately with your options.

Security
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. This SSL is the strongest encryption available.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Please note: while it's safe to order online through our Web site, we do not recommend that you send a credit card order through an email. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit a credit card number.

Shipping Information
Regular delivery Orders are usually shipped UPS Ground and require a street address and a daytime phone number. Delivery of items in stock normally takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders may ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. Shipping charges for the 50 states and Puerto Rico are listed here.

Rush delivery (2-4 days): Add $13.00. We offer rush service on in-stock items only, for delivery in 2 to 4 business days to the 50 states. (Back orders ship ground.) Please add $13.00 to regular shipping charges. Please call 918-624-2600 for availability.

Order Confirmation
We can confirm shipment of your order to your email address whether you order online, by phone or fax, or through the mail. From time to time we will also email you news of special offers from the Dog Dish that we think you may enjoy.

Taxes
State and sales taxes of 6.8% will be added to orders being shipped to Oklahoma.

Personalized message
We will be happy to include a presentation card personalized with your message, free of charge.

Gift Certificates
Dog Dish Gift Certificates can be purchased in $5 incriments and are available by phone, on the Web or in either of our Tulsa, OK stores. Gift certificates can be sent via priority mail for a $4.85 or via e-mail at no charge.
